This clip shows the &#8220;new&#8221; Iron Chefs, Iron Chef French\u00a0Mitani Seigo and Iron Chef Chinese Wakiya Yuji. Too bad they didn&#8217;t get to do battle as Iron Chefs. (Wakiya battled twice as a challenger in episodes 223 and 510.)<\/p>\n<p>I believe this video is from The Millenium Cup special that aired in 2000.
