As many of you know, Fine Living Network<\/a> began airing the original Iron Chef again this week. If you have that network, I encourage you to watch the show on the channel. (And if they aren’t showing an episode you want to watch, come here<\/a> and watch it after their broadcast is over.) Perhaps a surge in interest will encourage Food Network to purchase more episodes. Enjoy their broadcasts while we do something a little different this week.<\/p>\n

I thought this would be a good week to bring some attention to what I feel is a relatively underappreciated section of our site: our Beyond Kitchen Stadium<\/a> videos. Most of these clips are short, and many of them let you see some of the familiar faces from Iron Chef in not so familiar settings. I know that some of you may have avoided watching some of the clips because they are in Japanese with no English subtitles, but I would encourage you to give them a try anyway. We’re adding some new clips this week.<\/p>\n
