Anyway, the theme for this week&#8217;s Episodes of the Week is Sea Urchin, which in Japanese is &#8220;Uni.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sea Urchin (223) &#8211; Iron Chef Sakai vs. Yuji Wakiya &#8211; Yuji Wakiya was actually announced as the new Iron Chef Chinese during the Millenium Special.
