Every October, our site undergoes a bit of routine maintenance to make sure the legacy links and files are still available. This October, however, we have a significantly larger set of maintenance tasks (and significantly higher bills – approx 2x our usual hosting budget). We do not and have never begged nor asked contributions, as the maintenance of this archive is a labor of love for the source material and its fans – we only ask for your kind thoughts and patience as needed.
As we work through the typical and the unusual, we wish you the best as the end of the year approaches. The site may be alternately up-and-down as technical need arises, but we hope that you continue watching, continue tasting, continue judging, continue being thrilled by cuisine in general and your favorite foods in specific.
